Ohio River at 56 feet; 4 feet above flood level
The floodgate was set in place in Newport and sandbags deployed, but the water did not quite make it that high.
Bellevue, KY. flooded
The city park was under water. A lone statue sticks out. Cicero fell into the river chasing geese.
